Sorry for the delay in posting a message, but we have had major computer issues and hopefully things are sort of fixed for now! We went to the Griz game over Labor Day weekend and had tons of fun, even though the game was sweltering hot!!! MISERABLE, especially when you're 8 months prego! We had a great time, but Macy wasn't quite sure about everything going on. She was not at all thrilled with the mascot Monte and everytime he would come in our area she would just start shaking, no crying, but very unsure of him. After the game we went onto the field to talk to Jeffrey and Gage is like an old pro now, but Macy was TERRIFIED of him. She would not go to him, would cry when I tried to get him to hold her, and just plain did not like Jeffrey. In all fairness he was dripping wet, his black stuff was all over his face, and he looked extra big in his pads. However, he came to eat dinner after the game with us and was all cleaned up and she still was scared of him. She said, "NO, Jeffrey care me (scare me). No helmet" How sweet!! Finally at breakfast the next morning she kind of warmed back up to him. Now we'll scare her again this weekend. We get to go to one more game and this is it for us for the season. WHAAAAA!!! Oh well, I think Steve even gets to come this weekend. We should have a great time. GO GRIZ AND #7!!!
