Christmas #2

I'm always sad when the holidays are over but we sure had a wonderful Christmas this year. My mom and brother were able to come and spend Christmas at our house, and Santa was very good to everyone!! He even brought the stomach flu and diarrhea to our house. Steve was down for the count on Christmas Eve (luckily there was no assembly required for Santa), my brother was down on Christmas Day, and Macy and I had it Christmas night!! It was not fun at all......but other than that it was a very magical Christmas filled with love and laughter. The kids were SPOILED as usual and got way too much!! Macy was opening presents on Christmas morning and said "Mommy, I'm really done with this!" She just wanted to play with her new baby Rudy ( short for Rudolph). All in all, I think everyone was happy with what they got, which is always a good thing. I love watching the magic in my kids as they celebrate Christmas and I love to ponder on the real reason for the season. It was great to spend the holiday with my family!! Thanks for coming Grandma Stinky and Uncle Jeffrey! WE LOVE YOU!

Christmas #1

Steve's parents got to come and stay with us a few days before Christmas so we could have a little mini Christmas with them. It was so nice to have them come and stay with us for a few days. Steve and I even got to sneak away on a little overnight trip to Red Lodge for a little R&R! It was our first time away from the kids ever and it was actually really enjoyable. I think Weston gave grammie some fits in the middle of the night and she was pooped the next day!! Everyone keeps teasing us that there is going to be a new little Witt next year at Christmas....HAHA!! I don't think so! The kids got to open their presents from Gramma and Grampa and they got a really cool new swing for the playground, but we'll have to wait until it warms up a little to use that. Thanks for coming a little early and having such a great early Christmas with us. Every item of clothing in my house was washed at once except the clothes we had on thanks to Deann, and I now have an organized linen closet and food storage!! Thank you both for everything!!! We loved having you!!

5 years old

I can't believe that it is possible for me to have a 5 year old!! Where on earth has the time gone??? Gage is such a wonderful son and he has such a love for life. Some of his favorite things to do are playing with his tractors/trucks/cars, going to work with his dad, hunting, playing football, coloring and doing projects, and just being a great big brother. I of course think he is very smart and is actually pretty well-behaved most of the time. We adore him and think that he is one pretty special young boy!!! WE love our Gage and hope he has a fantastic time being 5!

This last pic is Gage when he was 10 months old!! Look how big he is now!

Animal Farm Halloween

So for Halloween this year we decided to dress up like our real life and go as farmers and our animals. For those of you who don't know, my  husband has decided to start our very own little farm at his property he has for work. We currently have about 50 some chickens, 2 roosters, 2 cows, and a goat. We are going to be getting 2 pigs soon and hopefully that will be the last of the animals. And don't forget our beloved dog Red. Who would have thought that I would be living such a life?? HAHA! Actually I really don't have much to do with the animals at all, but the kids love it and it teaches them lots of great life lessons. So for Halloween, Steve and I are farmers, Gage is a rooster, Macy is a cow, and Weston is a dog. I think they looked adorable and Gage had  a ball, Macy didn't like the whole idea of it, and Weston really didn't care at all!!

Fall Fun

We have had an extremely busy fall but have had absolutely GORGEOUS weather so we've been spending alot of our time outside. We've traveled to Missoula  a couple of times for Griz games, Weston is walking (sort of), we visited the pumpkin patch and will be celebrating Westy's 1st birthday this wknd. My how time flies. Here are some pics of what we've been up to!(Note: I wrote this and saved it and now the weekend is over so here are some more updates!)

Here are some pictures of Weston's birthday as well. He loved loved loved his cake and I think he ate so much that he had a bellyache that night. Didn't sleep too well!! It was great to have so much family come for Westy's birthday and it was so nice of Steve's parents to drive down from Washington to help us celebrate and watch Weston so I could go to the game with just Gage and Mace!  He is walking so much now and is starting to say some new words and is just a happy little guy!! Happy Birthday to my big boy!

Sorry for such a long post but I had lots to catch up on!
