We had a wonderful 4th of July with my family, but after just coming back from Vegas the kids were kind of tired and not quite ready to pack up and leave again. I've decided that vacations with young children sometimes aren't really vacations but more work. I think I need a vacation from vacation! The kids had fun with grandma and grandpa and Steve's white legs got fried on the jet ski! He forgot sunscreen, even after I reminded him. I took my camera with me but after the first day the battery died and I was so mad!!! I wasn't very prepared. The only pix I got were of us at the water park. Oh well, now I know for next time. We're home for awhile now, and maybe we can get back on our daily schedule.
