My computer isn't working

Okay so I came down during nice peaceful naptime and after my pilates workout to post pix of my new organization and my computer thing to upload my pix isn't working. I don't know what the heck is wrong but I have a sneaking suspision......GAGE AND MACY! HMMM I guess I better wait until Steve gets home to mess with it. What to do what to do. I hope he can fix it because we certainly can't afford a new computer right now!! YIKES
